Overview

This article applies only to orders shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

If your DDP order shows “Label Created” or has no tracking updates for several days, please don’t worry — this is a normal part of the DDP customs clearance process

Your order has already been shipped from our international warehouse, and tracking updates will resume after customs clearance is completed.

What is DDP Shipping?

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means:

  • We handle all customs clearance

  • We cover all taxes and duties

  • You do not need to pay anything extra

Why isn’t my tracking updating yet?

For DDP shipments:

  • During the first 10–12 days, the package is undergoing customs clearance

  • Tracking may remain as “Label Created” or show no movement

  • This is completely normal and does not mean the package hasn’t shipped

Once customs clearance is completed, tracking updates will resume automatically.

Delivery Timeline

  • Total estimated delivery time: 10–15 days

  • Customs clearance: ~10–12 days (limited or no tracking updates)

  • Final delivery after clearance: ~3–5 days

Why was my order shipped from overseas?

In some cases, items may be temporarily out of stock in the local warehouse.
To avoid further delays, we ship directly from our international warehouse using DDP shipping to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
