+ Order Cancellation 

We accept order cancellation before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is canceled successfully, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

 + Returns & Refund Eligibility 

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unactivated, and in like-new condition.
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • For manufacturing defects, evidence must be provided and verified by our support team.

   Returns will not be accepted if:
  • Request is submitted after 14 days of delivery.
  • Product has been used, activated, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Serial numbers, labels, or seals are tampered with.
  • No valid proof of purchase is provided.
 + High-Value Item Policy 

For products valued over $500, MOZA Racing may:

  • Request photo/video evidence of reported damage.
  • Require the product to be returned for inspection before refund or replacement.
  • Decline refund requests if fraudulent activity is suspected.
 + Return Shipping Costs 

Personal reasons: Customer pays return shipping. Manufacturing defect or shipping error: MOZA Racing covers return shipping.

 + How to Initiate a Return 

1. Contact customer service at info@mozaracing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 2. Provide order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of product condition. 3. Follow instructions from our team for return steps and address.

 + Refund Processing 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 + Late or Missing Refunds 

1. Check your bank account or credit card. 2. Contact your payment provider if transaction is pending. 3. If still not received, reach out to our support team at info@mozaracing.com.

 + Non-Returnable Items 

Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty upon arrival.

 + Restocking Fee 

MOZA Racing does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
