Why is my coupon/discount not working?

There are several reasons why a coupon or discount code may not be accepted:

1. Site-specific coupons

MOZA Racing operates multiple regional websites:

• Global: https://mozaracing.com/
• US: https://us.mozaracing.com/
• EU: https://eu.mozaracing.com/
• UK: https://uk.mozaracing.com/

*Coupons are not transferable between sites. Please ensure you use the coupon on the website where it was issued.

2. Coupon validity and restrictions

• Please ensure that the coupon was obtained through official MOZA channels. Coupons from unofficial sources cannot be used. MOZA Racing generally does not provide additional discounts outside of official promotions.
  
• Check that the coupon has not expired.
• Some coupons apply only to specific products, categories, or order types.
• Only one coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

3. MOZA Elite Club member coupons

• Coupons issued through the MOZA Elite Club are account-specific and linked to the email used to redeem them. For example, a coupon like MP-ABCDEFG issued for info@mozaracing.com cannot be used by another email account.
• If you are a MOZA Elite Club member and would like to use a coupon from your account on a different email address you own, please contact us at info@mozaracing.com for assistance.

4. Why these policies exist

These measures are in place to protect every member’s exclusive benefits, ensure fair usage, and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

A coupon issued for info@mozaracing.com cannot be used with john@example.com. If you wish to transfer it, contact us for assistance.
