FAQs
Can I adjust the handbrake resistance?
Yes. The HBP Handbrake uses a swappable spring system that lets you change the pull resistance and travel. The stop position can also be fine-tuned for your preferred feel.
Does the HBP support horizontal mounting?
Yes. The lever supports both horizontal mounting (typical for rally and drift setups) and vertical mounting (road car style). The angle is fully adjustable to suit your rig configuration.
How do I connect the HBP Handbrake?
The HBP connects via USB directly to your PC. It can also plug directly into a compatible MOZA wheelbase, which simplifies calibration through Pit House.
Is the HBP compatible with all MOZA wheel bases?
Yes. The HBP Handbrake works with all MOZA wheel bases. For desktop setups without a rig, the MOZA Universal Mounting Plate (sold separately) provides a stable mounting solution.
Does the HBP Handbrake require maintenance?
No. The non-contact 16-bit sensor eliminates mechanical wear on the sensing mechanism. The spring and mechanical components are designed for long-term durability.
