Reminder for R25 Ultra Users:
The R25 Ultra TrueTorque wheel base shares its Product ID (PID) with the R16 and R21 models. As a result, some games that are no longer receiving updates might still display as "R16" or "R16-R21" in their preset menus when an R25 Ultra is connected. This is normal, and your base will function correctly.

We are aware of some challenges with the following titles. Our team is actively working with game developers where possible to improve compatibility.

| Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator | R16/R21 bases may not be recognized by the game. R5 base is supported via Plug and Play. |
| The Bus | Users may encounter issues starting a drive with the R9 base. Other device binding issues have also been reported. |
