MOZA Pedals not detected after motherboard replacement

Hello MOZA Support,

I have a set of MOZA pedals that worked perfectly before replacing my motherboard.

After installing the new motherboard and updating MOZA Pit House, the pedals are no longer detected by Windows or MOZA Pit House.

Details:

- The pedals worked normally before the motherboard replacement.

- The USB cable has not been moved or damaged.

- I have tested multiple USB ports directly on the motherboard.

- Other USB devices work correctly on these ports.

- Windows does not play the USB connection sound when I connect the pedals.

- The device does not appear in Device Manager.

- MOZA Pit House does not detect the pedals.

System:

• Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B850-Plus WiFi
• Operating System: Windows 11
• Pedals: MOZA SRP

Could you please advise on additional troubleshooting steps or whether a firmware recovery/reset is possible?
