Did a firmware update for my R9 base and its now not even connecting at all to it no error message pops up or anything like its not seeing it at all.

hi i have the same problem but my r9 v3 base is just invisable on usb tryed it on 2 difrent computers usb does not even register but the base is found by the bluetooth app and has all power and lights on to the wheel i conect but nothing is working because there is no bas detected from the usb :( . i am awaiting a respones from moza customer suport

Same issue here, updated yesterday, now not detected by pit house even though this shows in Joy.cpl. Can't roll back via Moza Pit House or offline installer as it shows 'hardware not detected'.
