How can I create a new preset for a vehicle that is not listed in the Moza Cockpit software. For example, in IL-2 I would like to create a FFB preset for each WWI aircraft, none of which are in the "Vehicle" list. I know I can create a present and not assign it to a vehicle, but then auto-switch doesn't work and I have to manually load the preset each time I change planes.
Can this be done? If not, why not?

This adding-models feature is already supported now, but it requires modifying files. Also, we probably won't provide a graphical interface for it later.Please refer to this instruction,
