During this update, some customers in the United States, and European Union areas who have previously placed orders may experience issues using their MOZA Points or store credits on the MOZA Racing US site and MOZA Racing EU site. Rest assured, all points and credits will be fully functional on the new site.

- Points & Store Credits for United States and European Union area: Some customers who have placed orders previously on Global site may not be able to see their points or store credits on the MOZA Racing US and EU site.
- Placing Orders in United States and European Union area: If you're ordering from the United States and European Union areas, please ensure you are on the MOZA Racing US and EU site for your purchases.
How to Use Points or Credits During the Update:
- Contact Us via Help Widget: Reach out using the help widget on our website.
- Select 'MOZA Points' as the Issue Type: This helps us quickly address your concern.
- Provide Your Account Email & Screenshots: Include screenshots showing your points or credits balance, and your account email.
- Manual Import: Our team will manually import your points or credits, so you can use them without any delays.
