I am contacting you regarding a serious issue with multiple MOZA HGP Shifters used in my sim racing center, VP Drift.
I currently have 6 MOZA HGP Shifters, and unfortunately several of them have developed similar gear detection problems.
The issues are not exactly the same on every unit. For example:
* Some shifters do not detect R, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 7th gears.
* Other shifters do not detect 2nd, 3rd, and 7th gears.
* The affected gears either do not register at all or fail to register correctly in MOZA Pit House and in games.
Having the same type of issue across several HGP Shifters is becoming a serious problem for our business. These units are used daily by customers at VP Drift, and when multiple shifters stop detecting gears, we cannot operate our simulators normally and we risk losing customers.
We have already tried troubleshooting and updating the devices, but the problem remains.
Please treat this case as urgent and advise us as soon as possible on the correct solution. If this is a known hardware or firmware issue with the MOZA HGP Shifter, please let us know what repair, replacement, or warranty procedure is available.
I can provide serial numbers, photos, videos, MOZA Pit House screenshots, and any diagnostic information you require for all 6 units.
