I cannot work my way out of this screen even with an uninstall. Pithouse will not respond to anything but backup. However Backup does nothing.

I have the same problem. I do as Lucka is writing but when i click on upgrade i get this message. Preset upgrade failed. Please try again.

You'll have to do the following as instructed, click backup, find the preset file on your C:/ and then click upgrade
